Education

Krista Larsen was born in Winnipeg where she learned to skate and played ringette.
At the age of nine she switched over to hockey and has been hooked ever since.
She played her minor hockey on Vancouver Island before moving to Calgary to
attend University. She currently plays for the Strathmore Rockies of the
Western Womens Hockey League. She also loves instructing and has been doing
so since the age of 15. Krista has been involved in many sports competitively,
other than hockey, including field hockey, baseball, ball hockey and inline hockey.

Education:
Krista will be graduating from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences in 2010.
Krista also has her NCCP level 1 theory, NCCP development stream coach level, Hockey Canada Speak Out program, and is certified in First Aid and CPR.
