Geoff Lambert

Geoff recently graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and following that completed the Personal Trainer Specialist certification through Canadian Fitness Professionals. Currently he coaches at the bantam Quadrant level with the CNHA AA Canucks.

Krista Larsen was born in Winnipeg where she learned to skate and played ringette. At the age of nine she switched over to hockey and has been hooked ever since. She played her minor hockey on Vancouver Island before moving to Calgary to attend University. She currently plays for the Strathmore Rockies of the Western Womens Hockey League. She also loves instructing and has been doing so since the age of 15. Krista has been involved in many sports competitively, other than hockey, including field hockey, baseball, ball hockey and inline hockey.
