Refund Policy

A $25.00 administration fee per camp will be applied to all refunds.

Refund requests will not be accepted 30 days prior to the first day of the camp, unless it is for a medical reason. In order to qualify for a refund, a written request must be accompanied by a Doctor’s Note and received within 60 days from date of illness/injury.

Refund Voucher / Gift Certificate / Credit Balance

If you have been issued a refund voucher, gift certificate or have a credit balance, the monies can only be used within the immediate family (siblings only) and at no time can these monies be transferred to another individual outside the family. If your refund voucher or gift certificate has an expiry date, you must use it prior to that date.

 

Receipts

Receipts will be provided upon request via email. Receipts may not be requested for a camp until the first day of participation.

 

Conduct

All players must follow these rules for the camp:

• No fighting, foul language, spitting or horseplay.

• All players must respect the camp instructors, the Arena staff and the Arena itself.

If any of these rules are broken the player will be asked to leave the camp and there will not be a refund.

 

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers Torjager Hockey's treatment of personal information that is recorded when you register for our camp. We respect your privacy. All information collected will not be sold, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed to any other parties. Any information you give to Torjager Hockey will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. Torjager Hockey maintains an email list. Individuals join our lists by signing up through a registration form or on our web site. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our list to anyone.
