Shooting Skills Camps

When you shoot...you score!

Each player will be advised on which is best suited for them according to lie, length and curve to maximize the player’s ability to shoot with speed and accuracy and to handle the puck properly.

 

Instructor ratio 5:1 for maximum learning. We use 6 nets with 6 goalies to shoot on.

 

Each player will have their shooting analyzed using video...they will learn by watching themselves shoot and recognize what they are doing correctly and incorrectly.

 

Players learn how to create time and space for themselves, how to attack the opposition and how to finish on the net!

• Forehand
• Backhand
• Flip Shot
• One Timer
• Slap Shot

 

Duration

 

The Atom, Peewee, Bantam and Midget Shooting Skills Camps include 1.75 hours of ice time per day.

 

Off-Ice Program

 

1 hour of off-ice training and 1 hour of video analysis.
