Our instructors are available to provide you with individual or small group private checking lessons!

 

Players will learn the proper body position for checking, as well as develop the awareness and ability to separate an opponent from the puck. Even the smallest details will be explored!

Players will improve:

• Angling
• Containment
• Gap control
• Heads up hockey
• Battling
• Danger zone
• Balance
• Power

Most importantly, players will gain confidence from their new and improved checking techniques!

 

Checking sessions will be instructed by Wade Davis.
